Before you hit send, please keep these comments in mind:

1. I very rarely run the programs for people unless it has to do with reporting a bug. My site is setup to let you help yourself.
2. I attempt to answer every email I get.
3. I enjoy comments about how to improve my site. If you have ideas send them to me.
4. When reporting problems with a program, please use the "Error" link on the output of a program, it includes information that helps me troubleshoot the problem. Sending me an email saying "It doesn\'t work does me no good. I have many programs on my site. At least tell me what calculator you are using and what the inputs were that failed.
5. When reporting broken links on my site or from others, please tell me the link that failed.
6. Comments like "I shoot at 1000 yards, what is my trajectory?" (Yes, I get these kinds of questions!) don"t help me help you. What atmospheric conditions? What bullet? What velocity? See first item above.
7. I am happy to add bullets to the library and appreciate you letting me know if a company comes out with new bullets. Please provide a link to your source of information.
